The Brain of the Law of Mutual relationships

We are the brain cells of the law. The more we participate in the law, the more the brain would grow and be smarter. It would provide for us space to perform more and more, better and better, mutually. Participating in the mutual law might not always easy, but the result is going to be permanent.

For the sake of improving the level of order, or participation, I propose that using current technology, we create a law that recognizes different levels of discipline... lets say level A. Lenient, B. Strict, C. Very Strict and then create a notifying output available everywhere interconnected with each other. The government then could announce demands for certain areas to exercise level B, or level C type of discipline.

This way, even those who haven't got too much education could participate within the law more. When things are not too hectic, level A would apply so everybody could act whatever the good things they feel like, but when things are getting crowdy or potentially dangerous, some would held their current activity back and change to participate in another activity... after the potential had relieved all could go back to level A again.

Be Nice to Honest People

When you deal with the government and the officers treated you well, didn't asked for any bribes, doing their job properly and on time, please be nice to them. Ask them about their mosque or their churches or their place of worship, and make donations to the place.
I hope this would improve their reputation among their community and would encourage Indonesians to be more honest.

Arrest Corruptors and change the administrations

Some feel content when successful in arresting corrupt officers or bribers. I'm asking my fellow citizens to change the administrations that they were at also. What's the use of having humans behind bars but let the administrations roam free. The administration would just produce more bad humans.

Our real enemies are laws and administrations that are hindering our accesses to solutions. Why are we fighting each other, we all humans, maybe ourselves have adopted bad administrations. The target is to correct bad administrations that created corruptions and change it to administrations that are helpful for us. Target the system, target the management models, alter their networks.

Change the administrations, change the people, change the world to suit us humans. Win, Have life

Our Power

The Law is our power, we should be able to access the law, to use it and change it. Moreover we are in democracy, don't let our enemies stop us from acccessing the law, don't let them made us abandon the law. Lets change the law, don't stop till it happen, the world is ours. Have life.

The law is not from the Government its from the people

Even if a government collapse, we don't have to collapse our order. We don't need government to stay in order. Believe in ourselves, the law is our power. The government could not live the spirit of the law, we won't be swayed away by that.

We are humans, we control ourselves... current government may go down, but we could revive a new better one. Stay in the law, the scarcity of the world is not of time, energy, nor of money... but of mutual solutions. I want to stay on being a part of the mutual solutions...

Market Intervention

Market without intervention is like vulcanic eruption without evacuation. Yes it would make the ground fertile in the end, but it would take lives. Yes the market would adjust itself, but with victimizing other people's money, potentially pension money.

So governments should be brave... speculations should be banned. If you sell stocks beyond values that's based on the value of the company, you might benefit some people but you would definately in theory cause losses to somebody elses if not yourselves.

And its not hard to figure out the ceiling... what price is it exactly that the stock price would definately be exagerrated.

Unleashing Solutions

What we do, we remember... what we remember we'd consider to do it again.
What society do, society remembers...

You do charity, the society would remember charity as a part of itself... and would maintain the pattern during its growth.
You do intimidations and lies, the society would remember those as well.

Let's be honest, we all humans, we'd be grateful to have second chances, to have forgiveness. So lets release them to our reality.
Let's be honest, we don't like being made less able and less wanting to love. So let's isolate and banish bad solutions forever.

Nothing is free, even solutions that came from nature needs maintenance. Thats how the world works. Being nice to those who can't give back to you directly means lending to the world. And the universe will return the favor to you.

You release forgiveness to the world, then you'd improve the level of availability of forgiveness in your society. At first, it might seemed that nothing was given back to you... but as the fractal was activated, its contagious, and will influence even forces stronger that you. As we know the world is fractal.

If we increased our committment to the law, to mutual solutions. The law would work its way to the top, and to the bottom. And would increase the availability of access for everybody... to participate in the mutual solutions.

Justice

Love is the tendency to keep on experiencing interactions forever
Life is all about transporting laws and apply them in support of love
However the processes are not always straight forward:
1. Whether or not the laws were lovely?
2. Whether or not the act would be in friction with others.

Therefore our life would be complete if these main problems could be solved.
So....

Our purpose is to find solutions to problems
We live to nurture our access to solutions
In nature are sources of solutions.
People, all people are our sources of solutions as well.
In people's minds is where solutions were labelled as solutions.

Justice is when bad non-mutual solutions were made repulsive and inaccessible for all,
and when mutual solutions were made desireable and accessible for all.

The purpose of true Justice is to isolate bad non-mutual solutions,
from being practiced / from manifesting forever.

Gods of the World v.02

A very important fundamental:
The scarcity of the world is not of time nor energy but of mutual solutions.

Why is it that we must conform to intellectual property laws? Isn't it invasion to public domain? Isn't it unnatural?

After reading a couple of terms and conditions, my feeling towards support to intellectual property laws strengthens. As what we need, what we are meaningless without, are mutual solutions. Governments realize this importance, and treat providers of mutual solutions with utmost respect, by giving them power, control of their own works.

I found this serious blog of an indian talking about India. His materials are very good... give ranges of useful point of view, simple to complex... with easy to understand way of writing. However I'm not quite sure whether he copies some or all of the posts from somewhere else though.

Fragility v.031

After a couple of losses playing chess... I realize that chess really reflects real world system. That all system could crumble down. The main reason why a system is still in place is, because it works to help people.

Anti virus matter, but more than that is the capability and the willingness of a system to help people. What set apart the rich and the poor, the powerful and the weak... is their ability and willingness to help people.

We are all the same, lets help poor people, weak people, all people. Lets hope that if we were to crumble, not that I wish for it,... we could all rearrange and stay able to help people, and to help people to help people. Lets help each other in this one reality.

And let's maintain all people's access to adoption of powerful administrations. Crossing fingers we are one of them.

Taat Hukum vs Terburu-buru

Kemiskinan kita bukanlah waktu atau energi, tapi kemiskinan akan solusi. Kemiskinan dunia adalah kemiskinan akan solusi-solusi yang saling mendukung atau saling menguntungkan.

Kadang solusi solusi yang didapatkan setelah taat hukum, bisa ditemukan dan dipraktekkan lebih cepat oleh mereka yang menggunakan cara-cara yang melanggar.

Tapi apakah tindakan itu mendatangkan banyak masalah di kemudian hari atau tidak? Melalui taat hukum, solusi-solusi yang akan diadopsi diselidiki, diaudit, kemudian disinkronisasi dengan hati-hati agar dapat digunakan dengan adil.

Tujuan partisipasi dalam hukum adalah membuat kita semua lebih mampu dan lebih mau untuk saling menolong selamanya.

Proses sinkronisasi solusi yang terkesan lama dan lambat tersebut bertujuan agar dapat menjaga agar solusi hebat dan kuat yang berguna tersebut lebih tidak berefek samping membuat masalah buat orang lain dan kemudian buat diri sendiri lagi. Hal ini sangat nyata manifestasinya dalam kasus perubahan iklim global, mesin-mesin yang sangat hebat tapi penggunaannya tidak disinkronisasi mengakibatkan perusakan ekosistem yang merupakan jaminan sosial bagi banyak orang lain, seperti mereka di Somalia.

Kadang kita merasa hukum membuat orang lebih lemah, lebih tidak mampu membuat perubahan, padahal kehidupan adalah solusi alam untuk mentransportasi hukum hukum mereka dan memproduksi hukum hukum baru dengan cara yang lebih cepat, lebih mencakup jarak yang jauh, lebih intens, untuk terus menerus mengalami interaksi demi interaksi selamanya.

Melalui partisipasi dalam hukum bisa diadakan jalan, uang, kepolisian, tentara nasional Indonesia, pemilu, dll. Bahwa agar orang dapat lebih kuat, lebih mampu, solusinya adalah melanggar hukum adalah tipuan, kebohongan, dan berbahaya.

Menurut saya solusinya dapat ke arah-arah berikut ini:
1. Mengamati, dan bertanya, sehingga dapat mengetahui kapan adil dan aman, kapan tidak.
2. Kreatif menciptakan solusi yang menguatkan dan membuat orang mau untuk saling menolong.
3. Mengurangi rasa-rasa atau keinginan-keinginan untuk membuat orang lebih tidak mampu dan lebih tidak mau untuk saling menolong.

Marilah kita sukses dengan menguatkan dan memaukan orang untuk saling menolong, bukan sukses dengan melemahkan dan mentidakmaukan orang untuk saling menolong. Merdeka

Expressing Laws in the Society

The Government make laws, but what laws actually do used by the people? I believe that this is very important to study. If someone could reliably express laws that applies currently in the society, people would be able to compare side by side between the official law and the practiced one.

Decisions could be made:
1. Whether to change the official one.
2. To focus more on certain areas in the society, so systemic progress could be easier to achieve with as little sacrifices as possible.
3. To add new laws perceived to be essential.
4. To plan easier route for the people in adopting official laws for their sake.

Towards making this possible, I propose a way of formulizing laws:
1. Identify problems faced by humanity
2. Identify solutions applied by the people
This includes problems in maintaining the solutions, and the solutions to the problems in maintaining the solutions.

Our scarcity is not of time nor energy but of solutions, the scarcity of the world is not of time nor energy but of mutual solutions.
Precious matters are precious because they are elements of some solutions applied by the people. Rubbish become precious when some could made them elements of some mutual solutions.

The Focus of the Law

The Law is there to totally fail or to totally render useless all acts that's meant to debilitate people's ability and tendency, or desire to help all the people.

What I mean by totally is for all short term, medium term, and long term for all the people including for the perpetrator and the perpetrator's family.

The Law and our Life v.05

In humans there are parts that want to influence other humans in defining their problems. However instead of clearly express our intentions, we could be deceitful and influence others without their permission. In other words, trying to make them our robot.

Obeying the law is one way to avoid this. Since the law state their intentions and are available for the public to investigate or audit... the lifestyle of living in the law might made us able to reduce the habit and the chance of doing the disrespectful ways.

By obeying the law we might be able to participate in the betterment of the law. My hope is that by participating in the law, we would have better, faster, relevant, sustainable integrated working mutual solutions for our life. And intuitive, eventually.

HUmanity in the system of Laws

Elements of life:

1. Love (tendency to keep on experiencing interactions forever)
2. Identity (set of memory)
3. Personality (way of defining what's lovely and what's not)
which all made up:
1. Sensoric system
2. Analytical system
3. Control system / binding / network to bind the systems

In other words one is conscious when the person could define his/her/its own problems.

When we obey the law, we are not denying ourselves as living beings, we obey the law because we want to participate in integrated solutions that would help us with our problems.

The law that addresses real problems and is integratedly working and mutual, sometimes doesn't have the same priority with us... but it certainly addresses real problems, problems that might brought us even more trouble in the future when they are not well solutioned.

So obeying the law is really human.

Straight forward vs Sneaky orders v.03

Famous movies could make money by delivering explicit and/or implicit messages from their sponsors, into their scenes. Putting product logos or showing actors utilizing certain products or services could encourage behaviors in their audience's community.

The law is the kind that encourage behavior in obvious straight forward ways. Those who wanted to engage in certain interactions, could clearly observe the law first and have themselves exposed to the contract within, explicitly in writing.

But order that's implied by tv shows or movies has quite the power to realize despite their non obviousness.

Be careful of the trends movies or other shows might bring to your communities. Whenever you see a popular movies, not only they send messages of product offers, but they might also attempt to influence people's behavior. And this could be as scary as encouraging bullies, by making violence seems cool... encouraging kids to trick each other, by glorifying trickster's lifestyles... encouraging dangerous sexual behaviors...

The thing is, the way they make people do what they want is so soft and hard to point out without raising debates, but the effect could be real and bad, really bad.

Have Law Have Life

Fundamental difference for individuals in the face of Tyranny v.06

We've been living in the world of democracy for quite a while... I mean my generation, currently their 20's.
In the world of tyranny, only few people are allowed to be sources of solutions. This is to keep the solutions support each other or integrated with each other.
But in the world of democracy, the law is created by the people and integrated with hi tech creative minds of the people's representatives.

In the world of tyranny, if you obey the law, you would likely to become part of solutions mostly for the favor of few people.
So as in the world of oligrakhs.
But in the world of hi-tech working democracy, obeying the law would be of help for most people.

In this point of view, democracy works in align with socialist's utopia, and tyranny works for capitalist's utopia. But this is the truth, not the other way around.

My utopia is the world full of solutions, for everybody. Those who could came up with mutual solutions are prioritized, instead of mobs of violent gangsters both rich and poor.

I observe, and conclude, that just by obeying the law that support total welfare for all... we would contribute to the opening up the gates of millions of niagaras of mutual solutions for us. Because people are providers of solutions.

Pahlawan kekayaan dunia v.02

Kemiskinan individu bukanlah kemiskinan waktu atau energi, tapi kemiskinan akan solusi. Kemiskinan di dunia bukanlah kemiskinan waktu atau energi, tapi kemiskinan akan solusi yang saling mendukung.
Di Indonesia ada banyak tenaga potensial kerja yang menganggur. Sementara pabrik pabrik semakin canggih dan semakin sedikit membutuhkan tenaga manusia.

Secara ekonomis hal ini lebih berpotensi untuk menguntungkan daripada merugikan. Semakin kecil biaya memproduksi suatu produk, semakin murah harga barangnya sehingga masyarakat yang membutuhkan barang tersebut dapat menabung, dan berinvestasi. Hasil investasi ini kemudian dapat meningkatkan lapangan pekerjaan lebih banyak lagi dari sebelumnya, atau gaji yang lebih tinggi dari sebelumnya untuk skill yang sama.

Tapi permasalahannya adalah, sementara tabungan masyarakat masih dalam bentuk tabungan, dan belum mengalir menjadi lapangan pekerjaan yang baru... bagaimana nasib mereka yang diberhentikan kerja karena kenyataan ini?

Menurut saya, dengan adanya KTP elektronik, pemerintah dapat lebih mudah mendata secara khusus siapa saja para pekerja yang keadaannya sedemikian. Dan untuk mereka agar disediakan fasilitas khusus, sehingga pada masa transisi tersebut mereka dapat hidup, dan kemudian saat lapangan pekerjaan baru tersedia mereka dapat diprioritaskan. Boleh dibilang kalau seandainya mereka rela diberhentikan daripada teman mereka yang skillnya sama, mereka itu pahlawan kekayaan dunia, dan baik untuk diberikan fasilitas khusus lagi.

Contoh administrasi, perusahaan yang mengontrak para pengangguran transisi sebagai pegawai selama setahun, mendapatkan subsidi gaji selama 6 bulan pertama untuk orang tersebut.

Evil Distractors v.02

Time exist due to irreversibility of interactions, that means our sense of time is our realization that total interactions always occuring, can't be reversed or repeated, and therefore always new.

Our scarcity is not of time nor energy, but of solutions... so the world's scarcity is not of time nor energy, but of mutual solutions.

All living beings update their system... especially in professional career... people who could identify relevant problems and became part of the relevant solutions are the ones who's desirable.

As we know, evil is the desire to be king in chaos than regular people in world of mutuality. This desire came out of lies. Sometimes the lie in people makes them want to distract other people from being relevant.

In the event of exposure to new relevant solutions, or new relevant problems... evil distract others so that only he/she became aware of the time. This could give rise chances for monopoly, or some kind of competitive advantage.

The act could done for example just by doing some annoying coughs or annoying nasal snorts... However, such simple things could made horrible differences.

Here's my question, are you exposed to unimportant problems, do you care only about solutions that's not relevant, just because you unintentionally got distracted on overwhelming minor distractions?

Little difference matters, and sometimes details set apart one's quality of solutions from another. Evil people could care less about the chance to create high quality solutions together and rather produce mediocre products by themselves.

To protect mutuality within a company, people need administrations or solutions to tell, when's the problem is relevant and when they are not. When's some "minor" distraction was real and when they are not. Real reactions have reliable cause behind (that people could make mutuality and relevance out of), but when such reactions were made up, corporate culture will be less considerate of important factors, and therefore increases the chance of failure to produce highly mutual solutions. There's also the risk of such lies became embodied within the company's habit or culture.

Lies are the ultimate non mutual informations.

Avoiding disintegration within an organization

Dishonesty could be in a form when you or somebody else appeal to anothers' subconscious, that you or the other people deserve more help than others... while probably you or the other people just deserve from the 'somebody else' guy, as much help as anybody else do.

The dishonesty would give rise to detrimental conditions, whereas people's way of participating in a law or in a system that support solutions for many's problems became imbalanced or flawed due to favoritism.

A tragic waste, according to me, is when some solutions became incomplete or not well distributed the way they're supposed to, or the way they're pre-designed to, due to some of the people within the system were fooled into stupid favoritism. Stupid, in a way that the favoritism was there only due to one's feeling oblivious from the one's logic.

People need to be careful, and companies need to create special administration to tackle this problem, because it is an issue peope rarely willing to talk about, because its about flaws in intuitions or feelings, therefore it could be embarassing for the one who's being criticized and for the one who brought up the discussion. However the consequences might be bad for harmony within their organization.

Really ask yourself, do you favor some people using personally owned resources? or professionally controlled resources? Do they who won favor from you deserve them professionally or just personally? And most importantly ofcourse, have you perform your basic responsibilites first, so that everybody else got their systematically deserved professional help from you before you give any favor to any others in the workplace?

Now who's not liable from doing such mistake? Leaders might be the ones who needed to introspect the most (because they got less supervision). By creating sessions of reviews for professional integrity of individuals within organizations, especially individual leaders, such problems could be addressed. The review need to be from all sides, bottom up, up bottom, and the rest.

What the law needs v.04

The next administrations to be incorporated in to laws of countries are improvements for sensoric systems and analytical systems... to identify administrations that are not mutual, that doesn't support love, that will ended up causing wars, etc.

After completing so, it would be easier to create control administrations, to neutralize and change dangerous non mutual solutions, to be used for mutualism, for love.

We don't have to be big companies to make a difference, we don't have to be an organization to have properties.

Without atoms there would be no particles, we as humans could be a part of the solution. Be in the Law, improve solutions, take care of problems.

Another Solution

I think that my previous post could be considered as being too media capitalistic. So another solution could be to regulate that all political campaigns must only be held on certain medias only. Political candidates equally take turns on delivering their messages. And they would not be allowed to advertise on other medias, including tv, street billboards, sponsorships, etc.

Democracy is being pirated

I just realized this after a conversation with my father. I regret not knowing this sooner, maybe because I've used pirated materials too much.

Why is it that the people don't want to sponsor their representative's campaigns? Why do people let companies sponsor their representatives?

In democracy the government is the machine for the people, the servant, that's the way it's supposed to be. With tyranny people conform with the will of the tyrant, but in democracy the government conform with the people.

Now this is an opportunity, the government need to obey the law... and instead of being corrupt... people need to sponsor the campaigns of their representatives.

Set up foundations for this purpose... millions of people allocate their money for their representatives... not just their votes. The representatives then would work for the people... they might be able to abolish compulsary taxing if they could.

Hukum adalah kumpulan solusi yang saling mendukung. Kemiskinan di dunia bukanlah kemiskinan waktu atau energi, tapi kemiskinan solusi.

Permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi sekarang adalah, bagaimana solusi terhadap suatu permasalahan tidak merusak solusi terhadap permasalahan yang lainnya.

Faktor-Faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan (bagian 1-5 bisa membosankan karena terlalu mendasar, tapi kenyataannya ada diabaikan):

1. Apakah permasalahan - permasalahan yang sedang teratasi secara alami.

2. Apakah permasalahan-permasalahan yang sedang diusahakan?

3. Apakah permasalahan-permasalahan yang akan dihadapi?

4. Apakah solusinya?

5. Apakah permasalahan-permasalahan yang sudah tidak relevan? Sehingga apakah solusi-solusi yang sudah tidak relevan?

6. Apakah solusi baru (inovasi) yang dibuat akan merusak solusi lama yang sedang berlaku?
Apakah solusi yang baru akan merusak solusi yang lain yang sedang dikerjakan?
Apakah solusi yang baru akan menimbulkan masalah yang baru yang tidak ada sebelumnya?
Apakah solusi yang baru dapat menggantikan solusi yang lama dalam mengatasi dan/atau menyelesaikan masalah yang bersangkutan dengan lebih baik?

7. Apakah solusi-solusi yang sudah tidak relevan, dan kapankah solusi-solusi tersebut akan relevan lagi? (gabungan no 2 & 4).

8. Masalah yang mana yang diprioritaskan untuk diatasi dulu kalau-kalau ada benturan solusi?

Hukum suatu negara, sudah mengandung masalah-masalah yang sangat penting yang harus diprioritaskan... masalah-masalah yang kalau tidak disolusikan, akan mengakibatkan atau memperpelik masalah-masalah.

Kalau suatu masalah, sampai dibuat menjadi hukum, kemungkinan besar masalah itu memang sangat penting untuk diprioritaskan.

Jadi... para pembuat hukum umumnya ada memikirkan 8 poin yang di atas tadi, maka memprioritaskan taat hukum itu, walaupun awalnya cape, tapi sangat baik mustinya, dalam arti meningkatkan kekayaan.

Cara membaca masa depan

Pertama kita harus menyadari bahwa segala keberadaan kita adalah karena ditopang oleh hukum.

Kemudian kita pelajari, hukum-hukum apa saja yang relevan di dalam lingkungan kita dan hukum-hukum apa saja yang seharusnya kita gunakan.

Kemudian kita lihat, hukum-hukum apa saja yang tidak digunakan, atau mulai berhenti digunakan.

Hukum adalah kumpulan solusi-solusi masalah yang saling menopang. Kemiskinan di dunia bukanlah kemiskinan waktu ataupun energi, tapi kemiskinan solusi yang saling menguntungkan, atau kemiskinan akan solusi.

Begitu satu hukum mulai ditinggalkan, otomatis masalah akan datang. Contoh, begitu saya lihat orang-orang mulai berhenti untuk berhenti pada lampu merah, dan memilih untuk langsung jalan saja... saya akan memilih untuk membeli motor atau mobil kecil daripada beli mobil yang besar.

Apakah kesadaran itu? Kesadaran adalah kebijaksanaan, yaitu kemampuan untuk memprediksi masa depan. Alam semesta terbuat dari cinta, yaitu kecenderungan untuk terus menerus mengalami interaksi selama lamanya. Perhatikanlah masa depan, dan berusahalah untuk menjauhi interaksi yang tidak membawa kepada interaksi demi interaksi selamanya.

Copyright a trademark?

Now I've always support the idea to treat intellectual properties more like privacy laws. That is, to treat violations of copyright, patent, trade secrets, plant breeders, as violation of confidentiality. This way, all materials that are publicly available should be made free to copy, free to tink, and convey... and materials that are only available after you agreed to some terms and conditions, or confidentiality agreements, even for gratis, would be subjects of monopoly by the authors.

Now ofcourse, you don't apply this way for trademarks... I have little criticism on the way the law treat trademarks nowadays. However if the law would really enforce the right of publicly accessible communities to have secrets, then in each of the communities, which might consists of millions... they could have their own trademarks. These trademarks could be ruled as confidential to the community whereas if they were leaked on the public domain, the community could prosecute the offenders.

Forces that you could and could not care

Being aware of laws, forces, that drive interactions around you, is good. But we must admit the limitation of our individual consciousness.

Referring to bruce lipton (search him on youtube... and filter for partners). Humans' cells are like amoebas, and they joined together to make up humans. Referring to ted talks by David Christian, by joining together, cells evolved senses that they didn't have before.

By being in the law, we are creating a new organism that would support our lives. Organism that would sense forces we as separate individuals would have a hard time to grasp. As long as the law's administration of appropriate allocating of resources works... i see little reason why supporting the law is robotic and non humane.

Humans work together, we made plans ahead to obey, in order to shun away bad forces from our life. I don't see how's obeying the law is more inhumane than being spontaneous. My suggestion is to take care of your own cells, eat good food, be nutritiously balanced, if you can.

Consciousness and The Law v.04

Some might think that obeying the law makes you a robot, makes you less conscious.
Some, like me, think the opposite, obeying the law makes you more conscious.

Firstly, what is consciousness?
In one point of view, consciousness is the when something is very uncontrollable. And the administration of the uncontrollable could control another.

So consciousness is the ability to control, and the ability to refuse from being controlled.

Now obeying the law seems to deny the "ability to refuse from being controlled". But on the opposite, if you decide to be in the law, you refuse from being controlled by your desires.


Let me explain,
Say you are hungry, and you see your friends' meal laying around while he/she is away at a meeting. The law says do not eat it, but your hunger inclined you towards eating it.
Not eating it, is controlling your body, which took a lot of consciousness. While eating it, doesn't took a lot of control, unless you are the type of person who decided to not obey the law in your life, then it could be said that you are conscious.

If you don't follow certain rules, or certain plan, you're doing things less consciously. From the point of view of people who wants to control other people, who wants to deprive consciousness... people who don't have plans are controllable... just give them fun stuff and they'll do what is suggested. People like the victim is less conscious.

But when people adhered to certain plan, believing, having faith on some plans, he/she is controlling him/herself, refusing submission over forces he/she does not in terms with.

Make plans, Decide faiths, be more conscious.

My suggestion... the law wants to support humanity, support intellectual property, or the creation and practice of mutual solutions. The scarcity of the world is not of time nor energy, but of mutual solutions. Lets make the world richer, its your call.

Evil is like natural disaster. Ideally, it's not appropriate to blame evil only to the person who execute it.
External factors played the role as well, and crimes in a calm and peaceful neighborhood should be treated different from those that are committed in a war like environment.

But again the question is, who started the war? Who forsee the probabilities of war and peace, and chose war?

Despite the issues, we need to improve tolerance within the society. Bad things that is not a crime should not lead to crimes or jails. This is my opinion.

The scarcity of the world is not of time nor energy, but of working solutions.

When you live in environments minimum of working solutions, would you give in? or would you fight?
Would you fight to create working solutions?

Make the world safer, better, richer... mutualism will win, with or without us.

Medias for The Law v.02

Laws should not always just in the form of writing, words are genius, but expressions could deliver faster and more messages than mere words.
Therefore, in the spirit of UUD1945 (Indonesia's constitution), whereas the order of the law is in the spirit not in the rituals... I'm looking forward to laws expressed using various medias.

But for the state to properly took place, we need to tackle the problem of poverty... and give most communities, including the poors, accesses to the internet.

Probably they could be given accesses in turns at their respective district offices. But what do I know. God Bless Indonesia, God Bless me, I need them blessings.
