Therefore when a country went to war, UN armies of diversified countries should invade the countries at war who can't maintain the safety of their own civilians, using the power of diversified armies.
UN could build diversified bases between 2 polars of the sources of war. I think peaceful countries should greatly support this venture and so enable massive bases of diversified armies.
